Welcome to Cyber Board Talent, where we specialize in identifying, vetting, and placing cybersecurity, privacy and risk management specialists on company boards.

We offer a "direct hire" model wherein the client pays all fees associated with placements. You have no obligation to pay us anything.

We are currently accepting applications from interested board candidates with demonstrable, senior-level experience in risk management, cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and IT operations. Potential board members must be able to communicate professionally with other business executives and IT leadership. Experience and fluency in the dialects of IT, cybersecurity, privacy and compliance is required. Previous board experience is a plus.

We understand that this area of board specialty is new and potential board members may be concerned that they do not meet ALL our board requirements. Our model provides technical and compliance support for board members via our board consulting and training services. Additionally, we support board candidates during the hiring process with salary and application support.
